Destroy All Humans!

Destroy all Humans is an interesting game. Finally there is a game from the alien's point of view. (Okay I know there are others, but none quite like this one.) In this one you get to run amok as an alien harvesting human DNA while destroying tons of stuff and making people's brains pop out. There seems to be a lot to do in this game, but it doesn't stay fun for long. After a while it just got boring. Mainly because you get pretty much all the cool weapons towards the beginning of the game. Yeah you can upgrade them, but they're still the same weapons. And you can only do so much with a flying saucer. One thing that's cool is you can read people's minds and control them. But you could make a game of just reading minds, there are tons of humans with unique thoughts. Probably the main reason this got boring is that I got tired of playing as the alien. In the beginning it was entertaining, but after I played through some levels my human nature kicked in and I really wanted to switch sides and take out the alien. Imagine how much fun that could be with the tons of different humans in the game. I'll be the farmer with a pitchfork! I guess all the years of being trained to take out aliens with ULTRA-SciFi weapons has really ruined the joy of being the alien. (Thank you first person shooters!) But I wouldn't say this game was a complete waste, it's still fairly humorous and a fun rental.
