I watched a friend play this one and I wanted it. But I rented it instead of purchasing, and I'm glad I did. At first this game is a lot of fun and seems cool. There's lots of cool action and bullettime. But then you put some good time into it and you start seeing inconsistenties. Mainly when you suddenly have trouble on enemies that you've been taking out the whole game. And the bullettime turns out to be pretty weak compared to Max Payne, or the Matrix! It has no freedom, you just jump and shoot forward in slowmotion. Unlike Max Payne where you can move around as you jump to hit pretty much anything around you, not just in front of you. Probably the biggest thing this game has going for it is a bizarre stripping scene, for the guys. But even that is pretty weak. Namco started with something real cool, but somehow it got screwed up in the process.
