The other day I decided to go out to the local Gamestop and pick up the God of War Collection. I ended up trading in the my PS2 God of War titles for it since I wouldn't play them on PS2 anymore. I got a good deal on it so I went with it. I was very surprised by how good this looks on the PS3. The CG movies and actual game graphics are amazing in 720p HD. There are in game cutscenes that don't look as good. But the majority of it looks like it could have been made as a downloadable for the PS3. The sound is also really good, now in surround sound. This game looks and plays great on my 55 inch TV! All running at a perfect 60 FPS! Besides the fact I got this, another reason I have for replaying these games are the new trophies that are in the PS3 collection. It's been a while since I played God of War 1 and 2, so it'll be fun playing them again on the PS3. Also I didn't realize until] I got home, but I was able to download the E3 2009 playable God of war 3 demo with a voucher that came with this collection!
