Well I finally got my hands on the latest Soul Caliber game, another Christmas present! And have been playing it a ton, trying to get all the characters and stuff. This one is definitely the best yet. As always, the graphics are better then before. The characters look almost the same, which is still great. But this one has some of the best backgrounds I've seen in a fighting game. There is so much detail to them that a few almost look CG like. And the levels are more interactive now, more like how Tekken 5 is. This one also has some new character, which are pretty cool. Probably one of the coolest things that this one has that hasn't been done before, is that you can make your own characters or alter the real ones. And if you've gotten bored of all the characters, you can now have the game make random custom characters for you. This keeps it fun and gives you some weird fighters. At times they even have no pants on, this makes for a funny or disturbing match. There is also a whole side RTS mode that can make this one go for while. There is so much more to this game than just fighting, but Soul Caliber has always tried to do that. This is one I defiantly won't get bored of too fast like most fighting games. Unless it's Mortal Kombat, I usually don't play them more than a few times. Unless I'm challenged to a friendly match.
